2. Share your project
information with us
To ensure a smooth project execution, we request that you share your project requirements and specifications by providing detailed drawings, plans, and your timelines for review. Additionally, we would like to arrange an on-site meeting to discuss the project in detail.
3. Design & proposal development
The next step is to review our proposed solution, ensuring it meets your needs and expectations. If required, we can provide alternatives to better align with your vision. We collaborate with a team of design, structural, and refrigeration engineers to create bespoke solutions tailored to your specific requirements, with a strong focus on energy-efficient outcomes. Once you’re satisfied, simply accept and sign off on the quote, followed by payment of the deposit. After that, the order is placed, and we will schedule the delivery. Finally, we’ll confirm the starting date to begin the project.
4. Installation, commissioning
& client sign-off
Our project team will carry out the installation according to your specifications, and weekly site meetings will be conducted by senior staff to monitor progress. After installation, staff meetings will focus on testing and final commissioning, with a senior technician available to sign off on the installation. Once completed, we will provide a customer handover and walkthrough of the system. After your approval and sign-off, we will issue the final invoice and payment. We will schedule a follow-up visit to ensure the system is operating effectively.
5. Service & Maintenance Contracts
We offer a comprehensive service and maintenance contract designed to optimize the performance of your refrigeration equipment. This includes saving electricity, extending the equipment’s lifespan, and reducing the likelihood of major breakdowns. Favoured by insurance companies, the contract ensures that your refrigeration expenses become more predictable and manageable. Regular maintenance helps identify potential issues early, allowing repairs to be made before critical components are lost. The program also provides health and safety benefits, improves the quality of perishable stock, and reduces stock losses or damages.
